I created this method 3 years ago to help me shift out of the deepest depression of my life. I was completely lost and near hopeless that my life could get better. I decided to give myself one month to see what was possible. The Embodiment Blueprint was born.
Together we will move through 30 days of 11 micro-tasks. In this workshop we will explore the nuances of our lives, what keeps us from our goals, and how we perpetually set ourselves up for failure by overestimating our capacity. By creating micro-tasks, you begin to build trust with yourself (perhaps, for the first time ever). After 30 days of consistently showing up for yourself, and gradually expanding, you will be embodied in your next level self.
This method has been proven time and time again with my clients.
